Concrete Foundations

We will provide the concrete foundation & footers necessary to put our building structures on. We usually only provide concrete for the jobs we are to build, but we will consider other concrete projects based on the scope of the work to be done. We provide this service to insure you get a quality job!

Electrical Connections

We will provide a competent and qualified electrician for all projects receiving electrical additions to the existing service.
We can handle any custom requests you may have need of to be incorporated into our rooms. You can rest assured that we can tie into your existing building with the greatest of care for your home.

Permitting

We make this experience easier for you by handling the permit process. We will deal with the County Offices necessary to get your projects paperwork taken care of. If you would like us to, we will even help you with contacting and coordinating with your community HOA and the corresponding forms they may require from you. There are some things you have to be involved in, but, for the most part , we will help fill out the forms for you as we are allowed to. We schedule the termite/pest control re-certification appointment for the inspection of concrete and all other inspections associated with our part of your projects.

Design & Drawings

When we first meet with you we draw a mock-up sketch of what you can expect. Then we follow thru after contracting the job with you by turning the sketch into a blueprint and putting together the permit package. We contact or meet with the Architect or your designer to discuss and design your project and incorporate your ideas into it. We always appreciate your involvement to insure your interests are addressed.
